94426063661.Any Materials/Assets purchased from our website can be returned to B&B FORMWORK only if it is the same Product which was supplied by B&B FORMWORK & is in seal-pack condition. If your mind changes, the product cannot be canceled / exchanged after payment is made to B&B FORMWORK.
2.All rented materials and assets must be returned by the agreed-upon return date specified
3. Items must be returned in the same condition as when rented, normal wear and tear excepted. Damages or excessive wear may result in additional fees.
4.All returns will be inspected. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed, and repair or replacement costs may be charged.
5. Reschedule, if applicable, will be processed once the items are inspected and cleared. Please allow [X] business days for the Reschedule to be reflected in your account.

We will process the refund after receipt of the product.
Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order processed through Credit card / Debit card will reflect in the next 7 to 15 days in Credit Card/ Bank statement.
Refund draft will be issued on the billing name as advised by customers.
